The Age.Na.S regulation provides that the ECM Provider can report the names of those entitled to ECM credits only after the closing date of the activity. Reporting must take place within 90 days of that date.

In the case of Asynchronous FAD Courses lasting months, reporting can potentially take place months after the day on which the individual student successfully completed their ECM training course.

Example: An Asynchronous FAD Course has a start date of 02.01.2025 and an end date of 12.30.2025. If a student enrolled in the course completes the training course and successfully passes the learning assessment in the first 20 days of the course opening, he/she will still have to wait for the course closure (12/30/2025) and the subsequent reporting to see the ECM credits officially recognized.

ECM CERTIFICATES
Waiting for reporting and visibility of credits on the Age.Na.S website, the student who has successfully completed an ECM training course can download their ECM Certificate from the personal area or from the course page on the AccMed e-learning platform.

The date of recognition of credits for the purposes of fulfilling training obligations is - for each student - the date on which they completed the ECM training course.
